Standard Cleaning Across the Main Line
Most of our standard cleans are in households where both adults are out all day. We work from a key, a garage code or a lockbox, follow the same documented sequence room by room, and you come home to a house that simply feels finished.
Wayne, Radnor and St. Davids
Our core. Victorian and Colonial Revival homes with original hardwood, radiators and trim that wants proper dusting rather than a quick pass.
Bryn Mawr, Rosemont and Villanova
Everything from apartments near the stations to stone estates along Spring Mill and Old Gulph. A one-bedroom is quoted like a one-bedroom, and a large home like a large home.
Ardmore, Wynnewood and Narberth
1920s Colonials and Tudors on close-set blocks. Plaster, original wood and small bathrooms that still take real time to do properly.
Berwyn, Devon, Paoli and Malvern
Commuter households along the Paoli/Thorndale line. A standing time with the same professionals matters more here than anything else.
Standard Cleaning questions, answered
How much does house cleaning cost on the Main Line?
Pricing reflects the size and condition of your home, the service you select and how often we visit, so we do not publish a number that would be wrong for your house. Send a few details and we will text you a clear, transparent quote — confirmed before any work begins, with no obligation.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many of our clients provide secure access and return to a finished home. If you prefer to be present, that is equally welcome — whichever arrangement is more comfortable for you.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade products and equipment, selected for the surfaces in your home — stone, hardwood, millwork and glass each treated correctly. If you prefer specific products for your household, we are glad to use them.
What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean maintains a home that is already in good shape: surfaces, floors, kitchen and bathrooms. A deep clean addresses everything, including what is easy to overlook — baseboards, trim, cabinet faces, fixtures, interior glass, appliance exteriors and the detail work behind and beneath furnishings. Most clients begin with a deep clean so ongoing visits have a properly established baseline.
What happens if something is missed?
A final walkthrough closes every appointment. If something is not right, it is corrected before we consider the work done — and if you notice something after we have left, tell us and we will make it right.
